Generally, if PDY Schools are closed with bad weather, Sukha Yoga will be closed also.
If you develop any Covid symptoms please stay home. If you have been exposed to someone who you later learn developed Covid, please stay home that week. Do a Covid test. If positive, call your doctor's office to let them know.
If you have a case of Covid, please use the CDC covid quarantine calculator to 1)see when it is safe to stop your quarantine, then 2)how long to mask in public to protect everyone else once you stop the quarantine.
Covid vaccinations and updates/boosters are encouraged. Discuss it with your doctor if you have concerns.
Even with the common cold or an "allergy-day", excessive sniffling, coughing, throat clearing, sneezing, etc. is not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere for you or for other students. So, if you are struggling with noisy symptoms please stay home.
No matter what the illness is, refraining from pushing yourself while ill will help you recover a little more quickly, and it will also protect your classmates and their families. Thanks very much!
